Have a genuine passion for what you do, keep up with new food trends, and actively contribute to menu development. Ensure all food preparation and plating is executed efficiently and meets presentation guidelines. Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests. Effective leadership skills, including the ability to train and mentor your team Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs Ability to maintain cleanliness and high and consistent food standards at all times while following HACCP procedures Be flexible and rotate to work across breakfast, lunch and dinner to achieve the expected service standards.
