Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer construction contracts for assigned projects. Oversee the end phases of projects, including handover, commissioning, and project close-out. Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance. Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and variations. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Assist in the procurement and negotiation of subcontractor agreements. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders as needed. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in contract administration within the commercial construction industry. A background in industrial projects is highly regarded but not essential. Strong knowledge in procurement Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
