An exciting opportunity to be part of the Perpetual Digital Team within Perpetual Corporate Trust. Perpetual Digital, PCT's innovation company, helps drive PCT, our clients’ and the broader markets success through our next-generation software and data solutions. You will be supporting new product design, development, product lifecycle management and strategic planning of the Perpetual Digital product suite. The role will initially focus on the development of SaaS products supporting fixed income asset portfolio management and the downstream operational middle office and custody workflows supporting fixed income and alternative asset transactions. Your job is to help enable our client’s success through Perpetual’s digital and software solutions. About the Role Contribute to product strategy, vision and design for products covered with an eye towards innovative concepts and solutions Support the management and delivery of Perpetual Digital and Perpetual Corporate Trust’s strategic and product initiatives Research and develop requirements for new product concepts Document detailed business, functional and non-functional requirements which accurately interpret market / client’s needs Provide clear scope documentation, use cases, workflows, design and product requirements and other materials as needed to support product design and development Lead or contribute to UX design for new products or features Provide guidance for the implementation of product development, product improvements and changes Provide product guidance for technical delivery teams and external consultants in the development of new product features Assess client needs and ‘pain points’ to inform product roadmap Support day-to-day product management responsibilities for assigned products Provide detailed product information for sales and marketing material and strategies Support the sales team in technical client presentations and support clients with complex product queries Support the end-to-end product development, product management and product marketing Use market data, perform cost analysis and document assumptions to support the understanding of product competitiveness, business impact & product profitability Ensure product collateral and user documents remains current, relevant and compliant Coordinate & communicate with key stakeholders Develop proof of concepts in support of sales process or new feature demonstration Ensure regulatory, risk, compliance and legal design aspects of new product offerings in line with quality management and information security protocols About you Bachelor's degree or CFA preferred 3 years in fixed income or alternative assets (e.g., analyst, operations, middle office) Prior experience from a middle office, custodian, or fund manager environment, with exposure to fixed income and alternative assets Prior experience in product management, with a solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, user story gathering, and technical delivery Solid understanding of software development practices and Microsoft Azure (desirable) Expertise in defining and building out product user stories, roadmaps and business models (desirable) Experience with UX/UI design systems (desirable) Excellent communication and decision-making skills and skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
