What You'll Be Doing You’ll lead technology for the Acquisition Crew—a high performing team of engineers responsible for attracting and converting customers through world-class digital experiences. Strategic leadership: Inspire and grow a high-performing engineering team that thrives on experimentation, embraces product thinking, and builds bold, fast-moving solutions that drive real growth. Design and build: Stay close to your craft – code around 50% of your time (TypeScript, Next.js) working with modern web stacks and AI-first practices (Copilot / Cursor / Windsurf), keeping your passion for engineering alive. Leverage modern acquisition practices : Use martech and behavioural analytics and tools like GA4, GTM, LaunchDarkly to personalise journeys, optimise acquisition funnels, and maximise conversion. Your Impact Shape the future: Own the tech vision, architecture, and delivery of our acquisition platform—think like a mini-CTO. Innovate with AI : Drive adoption of GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Vercel AI SDK) to supercharge engineering productivity and customer experience.
