Implement trade and promotional plans in line with broader eCommerce strategies. Oversee operational processes to ensure a smooth customer experience. Lead small-scale projects that contribute to eCommerce platform's enhancements. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management review. Effectively manage both local and offshore teams to ensure seamless operations and the achievement of outcomes Coordinate with cross functional and external teams to achieve day-to-day execution of operational targets. Ensure internal and supplier processes are kept up to date, engaging key stakeholders in the improvement, adoption and iteration of process. Oversee the prompt resolution of pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group websites.
