As a Research Analyst, you will collect, organise and interpret data to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making. You’ll conduct thorough market, industry and social research, utilising various quantitative methodologies and analytical tools, with some opportunities for mixed methods research. You’ll identify trends, patterns, and correlations to generate actionable recommendations. You’ll identify and analyse new and emerging themes, potential risks and opportunities and their impacts on the agency. You’ll make connections between research and intelligence insights and wider agency issues and may design and lead simple research projects. You have an opportunity to help design and run the research program for the entire ATO – and this includes supporting contemporary research programs to help understand and inform solutions for the entire tax, super and registry system in Australia. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD or Upper Mount Gravatt.
