About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge of onsite construction and installation activities across major industrial, mining, and water treatment projects. If you're a strong leader with a passion for safety, technical excellence, and operational efficiency, we want to hear from you. Tasks and Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day assembly activities in the workshop or at the site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand job requirements and timelines. Managing subcontractors, site teams, and resource allocation. Interpret technical drawings, fabrication sketches, and welding symbols. Allocate work and resources efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor all aspects of the builds (e.g assembly, fabrication and welding processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Skills and Experience Proven experience (typically 5 years) in fabrication and assembly, preferably in a supervisory role. Knowledge of CNC machines or modern fabrication technology Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical documents. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with quality assurance and safety protocols. Trade Certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
