They specialise in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning installs across supermarkets, retail, and commercial environments - and we're on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager to take the reins on-site and drive their projects from start to finish. The Role: We're looking for a Refrigeration Project Manager who's experienced, self-driven, and thrives under pressure. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and coordinate teams of 10-15 subcontractors, ensure seamless delivery of materials and timelines, and jump in when needed on installations. You'll be the key point of contact and the go-to for all project-related needs - across the state. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage commercial refrigeration installation and refurbishment projects Oversee subcontractors on-site (10-15 at any time) Coordinate deliveries, equipment, schedules and pick up of plant and equipment to site, ie scissor lifts, EWP's etc Keep in regular contact with the client to ensure they are always up to date on the job progress, and to seek their feedback on their satisfaction on the job Travel statewide when required (1-2 nights overnight) Be available on-call to support project needs and resolve urgent issues Work flexibly: manage your own time, WFH options available Hands-on support with installations when needed Client liaison and quality control ensure project is completed in accordance with clients policies and technical specifications Report back on timelines, performance, and budgets What You'll Need: Experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry is essential Strong project management skills and leadership ability Refrigeration Licence highly desirable Must be a self-starter with a proactive mindset Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple moving parts You can handle stress, solve problems fast, and keep things moving Excellent communication, document handling and coordination skills What's in It for You: $140K base salary Super Performance Bonuses Company Ute Flexible work hours WFH options Long-standing, family-run business with supportive culture Be part of a tight-knit, values-driven team Real autonomy - lead your own projects and time Exposure to high-end commercial and supermarket clients Apply NOW or call Sonia 02 7200 7209 for more info.
