Based at the Parramatta Park office in Cairns, this role will supervise maintenance delivery and manage resources across a diverse portfolio of government assets, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Plan and deliver construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects across the region; Supervise and develop office staff, field staff and subcontractors; Monitor project standards, budgets, and timelines to meet compliance requirements; Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and negotiation; and Promote QBuild products and services and identify opportunities for new business. Required Experience This role suits a results‑focused leader with proven experience in supervision and project delivery within construction or maintenance environments. We are seeking candidates with: Demonstrated project or contract management experience (highly desirable); Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams; Proven capability in managing resources, budgets and timelines; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and Knowledge of health and safety practices and relevant industry legislation.
