Our Commercial Supply Chain department is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team, based at our Bundamba Site – a newly built premises equipped with onsite parking and conveniently located to public transportation. Reporting to the Commercial Supply Chain Manager, this opportunity is a fixed term, parental leave backfill and ideal for individuals—whether early in their careers or with prior experience—who bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for planning and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain robust supply plans to ensure optimal inventory and safety stock levels. • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams. • Align supply with forecasted demand and market trends to ensure consistent product availability and meet customer needs. • Monitor and analyse inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment strategies to drive efficiency. • Manage stock replenishment based on production schedules, sales forecasts, and distribution needs. • Utilise ERP systems to support planning, execution, and reporting. • Ensure accuracy of master data and compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and internal policies. • Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions. • Prepare insightful reports and conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
