Description Candidate Identified Essential Skills • Good understanding of PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR process) & modules like ESS, MSS & Workforce Administration • Proficient in PeopleTools (8.5X & above) - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity • Experience/Knowledge of new PeopleSoft Features like Event Mapping, Page and Field Configurator, Activity Guides and Drop-zones • Experience of Peoplesoft Security system • Experience of PUM Image Upgrades • Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher. • Managing team & stakeholder’s expectations. • Experience in Peer Code review and Quality processes. • Self-driven, ability to work independently • Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders"
