Be part of a future-focused transformation journey that is central to our business strategy Help shape enterprise system solutions that directly support health and wellbeing Collaborate with passionate professionals across IT, Supply Chain & Commercial teams Join a trusted, purpose-led organisation that values people, planet and performance What you’ll be doing: Provide hands-on support and configuration of JDE modules, ensuring system stability, integration and compliance Lead incident and service request resolution through ServiceNow, meeting SLA targets Design scalable ERP solutions, functional specs, and process maps to improve supply chain performance Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, refine, and document business requirements Leverage JDE Orchestrations, RTEs & BSSVs to support integrations via Mulesoft Use JIRA to manage Epics, Stories and Tasks within Agile delivery sprints Maintain validation documentation in line with the CSVMP and Confluence standards What you’ll bring: 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle JDE (EnterpriseOne) expertise Deep knowledge of JDE Supply Chain modules (Sales, Planning, Warehouse, Manufacturing) Proven experience in ERP solution design, system integration and data integrity Excellent communication skills—able to translate business needs into technical outcomes Experience working in Agile delivery environments (JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence) Bonus points for FMCG experience and knowledge of B2B, B2C, and EDI integrations What’s in it for you?
