About the Role As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in the production process. You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, performing quality checks, and working closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Location: Wetherill Park Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Rate: $35/hour Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain rotational molding machinery. Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance. Load, unload, and prepare molds and raw materials. Assemble, rework, and repair plastic products using hand and power tools. Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and quality inspections. Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Collaborate with the team to meet production targets. What We’re Looking For Experience in machine operation, fabrication, sheet metal work, or plastics manufacturing (preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg. Confident using hand and power tools. Forklift license (desirable but not required). Reliable, proactive team player with good communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
