Own your own role - create and take control of your processes Your key duties and responsibilities will include: Coordinate pre-listing tasks and ensure property compliance Organise styling, cleaning and trades to prepare properties for market Manage creation and delivery of marketing materials Handle social media updates and promotional content Support open homes and assist with buyer interactions Follow up on enquiries and maintain CRM records Prepare market reports and manage client communications Oversee settlement processes and liaise with solicitors To be successful for this role you will need: A current Certificate of Registration is essential Your own car and drivers license At least 6-12 months experience in real estate Immaculate presentation An enthusiastic attitude, be energetic, hardworking, and hungry for success! It should be noted that this role does require Saturday work - this is non-negotiable. Previous Real Estate experience is also essential.
