Salary - $70,000 - $110,000 monthly performance awards Set hours 7.30am – 3.30pm – Roberston Barracks location Discount Gym and Health Insurance, on-going career development & Mentoring About the Opportunity: ADF & Acumen Health is seeking passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver client-focused services that support recovery and facilitate return-to-work outcomes. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, employers, insurers, and workers to shape clinically guided strategies for rehabilitation and life reintegration. Key Responsibilities: Conduct holistic clinical assessments to determine worker/employer needs Develop and implement evidence-based recovery-at-work plans Collaborate with stakeholders to endorse and review rehabilitation goals Deliver specialist services including ADLs, vocational, FCE & ergonomic assessments Support clients in both compensation and non-compensation pathways Maintain high-quality reporting in line with SLAs and company policies Empower clients to become active participants in their rehabilitation journey What We’re Looking For: Degree in OT, Physio, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Exercise Physiology or similar Current professional registration/membership Minimum 12 months’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Experience in injury management, employment, or disability services preferred Exceptional communication and motivational interviewing skills Demonstrated ability to identify and overcome rehabilitation barriers If you are interested in this opportunity, apply now or give Rell Werner a call on 08 8982 1047 to find out more.
