Job Description Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving operational excellence and enabling business transformation? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Enablement & Implementation to join our Roadside division and lead a high-performing team in shaping and executing strategic goals across member, colleague, and commercial operations. What you'll do As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll: Lead a team of operational, enablement, and performance reporting professionals Set clear performance expectations, provide mentorship, and foster skill development Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to deliver commercial and project outcomes Drive strategic planning aligned with divisional goals, including market analysis and operational efficiency Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements Champion continuous improvement and innovation across operations. Partner with technology and digital leaders to support vendor selection and business transformation Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of new strategies Communicate effectively with stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data-driven insights Participate in cross-functional working groups across the Roadside division and broader organisation Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess the impact of strategic initiatives What you'll bring 3–5 years’ experience in a similar strategic operations role Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives Excellent communication and presentation skills Desirable: Experience in subscription-based business models Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, or commerce Advanced qualifications; MBA, Masters or industry related program Worked and skilled in Agile practices Understanding of frontline operations, including contact centre environments What's in it for you?
