As an Analyst you will play an integral part for the efficient end-to-end management of real estate systems by driving financial improvements through accurate data analysis and enhance business processes. Serve as a technical expert and point of contact, providing support across all real estate systems. Create reports and tools to provide insights for strategic decision-making within the National Real Estate department. Design and develop training materials to support users in the efficient operation of Systems during project implementation and ongoing updates to maintain a consistent approach. Support National Real Estate Projects and apply project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks. Conduct in-depth spend analysis, providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and maximising property financial performance. Identify opportunities for improvement within the National Real Estate function and provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions. And the best part?
