This role is pivotal in shaping workplace strategy for large-scale environments. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Analyze utilisation and allocation data to inform space strategies Collaborate with Occupancy Planners to develop long-term planning scenarios Contribute to workplace trends and future ways of working Provide financial analysis where required to support occupancy decisions Use the Triana platform to monitor reporting data and identify discrepancies Drive innovation by gathering stakeholder feedback and applying industry best practices Conduct space requirement analyses and present actionable recommendations Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across systems and processes Communicate clearly and confidently with executive-level stakeholders Maintain agility by processing work accurately in a fast-paced environment Interpret and apply policies and procedures effectively Analyze sensor data badge scans and assist with utilization reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field 7 years of experience in a corporate real estate setting Proven ability to build and execute strategic plans and deliver on organizational metrics Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal presentation skills with confidence in executive-level communication Ability to work quickly and accurately in fast-paced, changing environments Solid understanding of corporate real estate and financial principles Collaborative team player with a change-ready mindset Advanced relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Expertise in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, and Microsoft suites Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS platforms, especially Serraview, for space management Required Qualifications Australian citizenship is required Must hold a baseline clearance or be willing to obtain a security clearance Canberra-based applicants preferred, though candidates from other states will be considered if open to relocation Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
