We are currently looking for talented Event Supervisors to join our Event Operations Team. In this role, you will support the Leadership team in ensuring successful food and beverage service in events, conferences and banquets. With a commitment to providing a high calibre of service you will possess natural leadership abilities and be able to motivate employees within this fast-paced environment. THE ROLE! In this role, you will: Attend event meetings and liaise with Floor Managers to fully understand event requirements Ensure room setups, bars, and back-of-house areas are completed on time and to high standards Lead, motivate and supervise your team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service Provide hands-on support during events to ensure smooth service delivery Conduct pre-event briefings so your team is fully informed and prepared Assist in training and developing team members, supporting their growth and success ABOUT YOU! To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven leadership experience in hospitality or event environments, ideally in a 5-star or premium venue Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills A genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences and fostering a vibrant team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and confidence in decision-making Professional presentation and a positive, proactive “can-do” attitude Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required Current Queensland RSA Statement of Attainment (essential) Competency in Microsoft Office WHY WORK WITH US? “It’s not what we do, it’s how we do it”!
