Job Description About this opportunity The primary purpose of the Moulding Technician is to set up, operate and troubleshoot injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment to mould and finish any manufactured articles including mobile garbage bins (MGBs), bodies, lids, and other parts according to the product specification. Your key responsibilities will be to: Oversees production schedules and coordinates mould changes, machine setups, and material handling. Assigns tasks based on job orders and ensures proper setup of injection moulding machines and related equipment. Adjusts machine parameters to optimize output and quality. Manages inventory movement, maintains production records, and supports shift handovers. Performs routine maintenance, addresses equipment issues, and collaborates with the R&M team when needed. Promotes a clean, safe work environment and motivates team members to meet production goals.
