We are now recruiting full-time Chemical Engineer / Agricultural Consultant / Marketing Specialist / Contract Administrator to join our team. About the role Duties/Responsibilities: For Chemical Engineer Design and develop chemical process systems and plan control strategies for operations involving separation, chemical transformation, heat transfer, and the safe storage and handling of solids, liquids, and gases. Plan and implement control systems for processes such as component separation, chemical reactions, fuel testing and evaluation, and thermal energy management. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency and safe operating conditions are consistently maintained. Identify and diagnose operational issues or malfunctions in chemical plants and initiates corrective measures to restore safe and efficient functionality. Analyze product usage and environmental impact, addressing pollution control challenges through process adjustments and innovative solutions. Oversee the manufacturing processes where materials are transformed through physical and chemical methods Investigate product failures and provides technical recommendations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Duties/Responsibilities: For Agricultural Consultant Collect, measure, analyze and interpret data that affecting agricultural production Evaluate based on records of operational activities, market activity and production plan Identify agricultural problems, environment and market factors Advise on the improvement and maintenance of integrity of the company agricultural Data Management program by analyzing the input and quality assessment of the system. Plan and interpret the development of agricultural health programs within the company to meet translocation legislation throughout Australia and overseas markets. Suggest solutions/techniques to solve problems and improve the efficiency of agricultural production. Advise on compliance with current legislation and use of governmental schemes Ensure production activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations and environmental policies. Suggest solution to improve relevant skill and qualification levels of staff; assess relevant training requirements for staff for effective performance Duties/Responsibilities: For Marketing Specialist Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing service and products Manage and coordinate with all sales, marketing, advertisement and promotional for products Analyze potential customers, service providers, consumer Research on current market conditions and competitors information Analyze effectiveness of advertising online and new media campaigns, including e-newsletters, promotional material and brochures Maintain positive relations with customers especially the major customers Advise on pricing, advertising, sales promotion; propose new marketing strategies Analyze and report marketing performance; provide recommendations for improvement and make suggestions for additional services. Provide sufficient information to the Director to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activities Duties/Responsibilities: For Contract Administrator Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts.
