With big things on the horizon in 2025, we’re on the lookout for Assistant Managers to help lead our incredible teams at Paddington, Gasworks , and our soon-to-open Southbank location. What’s the role all about? As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person helping your team deliver top-tier service (and top-up the good vibes). You’ll be running shifts, leading with energy, and keeping the store running smoothly from open to close. What you’ll be doing: Creating unforgettable customer experiences, every time Leading your team with positivity, motivation, and a whole lot of heart Keeping things clean, efficient, and safe Managing stock and staying on top of inventory Helping track and improve key metrics (like labour and COGs) Training and developing your crew like a boss What we’re looking for: Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR = extra brownie points) A team player who thrives on bringing out the best in others Someone who’s proactive, organised, and ready to take charge A great communicator who keeps the energy high and the stress low Why join Yo-Chi?
