The fantastic opportunity: Report directly to the CEO to review and implement changes in Quality and Safety framework. No one day is the same in this diverse and complex role Oversee the quality, safety and risk management systems across Residential Aged care, Home care, Retirement Living and Corporate areas Drive innovation in line with the organisations strategic goals Review and optimise develop Quality and compliance framework and reporting systems Ensure governance and operational policies, procedures as well as all systems remain relevant Ensure the organisation meets all statutory regulatory and registration compliance obligations What makes this great: Permanent part time opportunity working 28-30 hours per week Oversee two facilities located within 15 minutes of each other Work directly with the CEO Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice About you: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within aged care, or health or related industry Experienced in data driven gap analysis reporting, recommendations and action planning. Committed to and proven track record of continuous improvement Strong knowledge of aged care and retirement living legislation and regulatory frameworks Expert communicator with a supportive style and partnership approach to get the best out of teams Proven ability to analyse incidents, hazards, complaints and drive risk mitigation strategies Solution focused leadership style to consistently achieve performance targets A tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Quality Management, Business, or a related field (desired) What next?
