About the Role As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME clients, delivering accurate tax compliance, clear business advice, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continued success of the firm. What You'll Be Doing Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including Financial Statements, Tax Returns, BAS, FBT & more Provide clear, practical advice on complex tax and business matters Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients Lead by example and support junior team members with mentoring and coaching Balance compliance with commercial insight in your decision-making Work collaboratively with the broader team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations This candidate MUST HAVE prior Public Practice Accounting Experience .
