As demand grows, they are seeking an experienced Welder to join their team, helping to deliver high-quality prefabricated steel solutions to construction sites across Sydney. The Role You’ll be hands-on in the fabrication and assembly of steel reinforcement and formwork systems used in precast foundations. The role may also include occasional on-site installation support , ensuring the finished product integrates seamlessly into live construction environments. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble steel components for prefabricated slab systems Read and interpret technical and structural drawings Operate MIG welding equipment, oxy cutting, and fabrication tools Collaborate with project supervisors to ensure compliance with specifications and timeframes Assist with site deliveries, pre-assembly, or install (if required) Maintain safety standards and workshop cleanliness What We’re Looking For Experienced Welders / Qualified Boilermaker / Welder – Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) Proven experience in steel fabrication, preferably with reinforcement or precast systems Confident in reading plans and fabrication drawings High attention to detail and a strong work ethic White Card (Construction Induction) Driver’s licence and own transport Bonus if you have: Experience working with prefabricated or precast concrete products Forklift licence or EWP ticket Site installation experience
