Role Overview We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work across a range of ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to identify required materials, dimensions, and installation steps Select and order timber and materials, and prepare work layouts Cut, assemble, and nail shaped components Erect frameworks, panel systems, roof framing; lay sub-floors and floorboards; check structural accuracy Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior wall cladding, and door/window frames Assemble wood components for installation of structures and fittings Cut wood joints as needed May build concrete formwork May perform repairs on existing structures and fittings May work with plastic laminates, Perspex, and metal materials Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a qualified Carpenter Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification Current White Card (Construction Induction) Strong understanding of Australian building codes and OH&S regulations Valid driver’s licence Ability to travel locally to project sites in and around Brisbane Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Salary and Benefits Competitive salary of $80,000 to $90,000 super vehicle allowance Steady pipeline of carpentry projects across South East Queensland Opportunities for training and career development within a growing company
