In this role, you will: Lead core analysis across origination, execution, and portfolio management Build detailed financial models, conduct commercial diligence, and assess market attractiveness Prepare investment committee materials and support transaction execution Work hands-on with portfolio companies on value creation strategies and board reporting Contribute to firmwide initiatives and investment theses in a flat, entrepreneurial team environment Manage and mentor junior team members The ideal candidate will bring: 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, principal investing, funds management, or corporate development Strong analytical toolkit with advanced modelling, valuation, and research skills Commercial judgement, maturity, and confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders A proactive mindset and comfort operating in a lean, unstructured environment A long-term interest in building businesses and working directly with management teams Why this opportunity?
