We’re working with a large organisation on a payroll compliance project and seeking experienced Payroll professionals with strong data analysis capabilities. If you have a background in payroll auditing, time & attendance systems, and are confident working across large datasets, this is a great opportunity to step into a focused, high-impact project. About the Role As a Payroll Compliance Analyst, you’ll be part of a project team reviewing and reconciling several years of historical payroll data. You’ll play a key role in identifying discrepancies, consolidating records across systems, and supporting remediation efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Review and analyse multi-year payroll data to identify variances and discrepancies Reconcile time and attendance records against payroll data from large systems Navigate complex datasets using Excel and support accurate reporting Assist with audit and compliance processes by documenting findings and insights Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify data integrity What We’re Looking For Strong experience in payroll, ideally with compliance or auditing focus Familiarity with large ERP systems Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets High attention to detail and methodical approach to data reconciliation Ability to work independently and meet key project milestones Availability to start immediately Why Consider This Opportunity?
