We are looking for experienced Machine Operators who have pharmaceutical or food manufacturing experience to join our clients across South East (Dandenong South, Hallam and Clayton South). Based on your performance, there would be opportunities for these roles to become permanent. The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR) Perform machine set ups changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing Maintain quality of products associated documentation according to specifications Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers escalate in case of deviations and issues. The successful candidate will require; A minimum 6mths experience working as a Machine Operator in either food sites or pharmaceutical. Experience with Flowwrapper, lead cartoner and propac Familiar with HACCP Can read and write English to be able to complete quality checks and forms. Computer literate Team player and good communication skills Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches Continuous improvement mindset Working along the production Plan and equipment Cleaning and maintaining manufacturing equipment Must have full working rights.
