You’ll provide end-to-end coordination across HR ops, cultural initiatives, WHS, and global mobility, supporting a fast-moving and people-first team. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate logistics for HR programs, events, and cultural initiatives Assist with WHS operations, including workers' comp admin and committee actions Support global mobility tasks - maintain visa trackers, collect documentation, and communicate timelines with employees and stakeholders Respond to ad-hoc employee requests (e.g. reference letters, payslip queries, service documentation) Collaborate with HR Managers on compliance and employee relations administration What You’ll Bring: Experience in HR coordination or people operations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across documentation and systems Familiarity with WHS or immigration/global mobility processes a plus Confident using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and managing shared folder structures If you're ready to support a world-class team with creativity, care, and coordination excellence, apply now!
