The Opportunity: In this role, you’ll be the main point of support and advocacy for policyholders, handling claims from initial submission to final resolution. You’ll work directly with clients to assess, negotiate, and achieve fair claim outcomes, championing their interests every step of the way. What You’ll Do: Lead the end-to-end management of high value insurance claims (predominately property), ensuring seamless client experiences and fair resolutions. Conduct client interviews, claims assessments, and investigations to build strong cases. Prepare detailed submissions and negotiate settlements with insurers or legal representatives. Stay updated on insurance trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring claims processes are cutting-edge and client-focused. What We’re Looking For: Lawyers with 2 years' PAE in insurance, personal injury, or commercial litigation. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to drive fair outcomes.
