About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for shareholder and investor inquiries via phone and live chat . You’ll begin with foundational training and gradually build up your knowledge to handle more complex queries. You won’t be reading from a script – instead, you’ll be guided by procedures and supported by a team who values customer satisfaction and quality service. What You’ll Be Doing Meeting KPIs around customer satisfaction, quality and call handling . Inbound customer service general enquiries Handling e-mail customer correspondence Handling enquiries for customers on behalf of the client Resolving queries from a range of business & residential customers Miscellaneous administration task About You You have previous customer service experience (call centre, retail, hospitality or similar). You're a strong communicator – clear, warm, and professional. You’re a problem solver – calm under pressure and able to find the right solution. You're eager to learn , self-motivated and looking to progress within the business . You're confident navigating systems and multitasking between screens. You’re available full-time, Monday to Friday (8am–7/8pm, rotating shifts). You’re open to working some public holidays (excluding national ones).
