Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests. Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met. Oversee the staff roster for your team ensuring staff are efficiently scheduled across the 7-day week Ensure coffee consistency, taste, and presentation meet venue standards.
