Marketing Coordinator, Workplace Health & Safety Show Based in Central Sydney | National Events Across Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney Are you a proactive, creative marketing all-rounder with a passion for purpose-led events? This full-time position offers the chance to work across three dynamic events, supporting marketing delivery that connects thousands of industry professionals with the tools, technology, and education they need to create safer, healthier workplaces. What You'll Do: Campaign Execution: Support end-to-end marketing activity across EDMs, social media, content marketing, and partnerships Social Media & Community: Plan, produce and schedule social content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, tailored to safety, compliance and industry engagement Website & Listings: Maintain and update the WHSS website and manage listings across event directories and media partners Content Creation: Use Canva or Adobe Suite to produce engaging visuals, videos, and digital assets Exhibitor & Partner Promotion: Help exhibitors shine—coordinating marketing material, interview requests, and joint promotions Inbox & Enquiries: Manage the marketing inbox and provide excellent communication and support to partners and visitors Email Marketing: Create and send timely, engaging EDMs and newsletters to targeted audiences Reporting & Admin: Track campaign performance, maintain clean data, and support with general marketing coordination What You’ll Bring: 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role Confidence with digital platforms including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva/Adobe, and WordPress Knowledge of email platforms such as Salesforce, quicker learner if not familiar Excellent writing, grammar, and attention to detail Strong organisational and multitasking skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in health, safety, and well-being at work Bonus: Event or expo marketing experience Perks & Benefits: Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 Super (based on experience) Flexibility: Hybrid work options available, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
