ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a looking for a creative and innovative Junior Textile Designer to join our Cotton On Body team. You will enable our vision by developing product textile designs that our customers love and which reflect current trends in a fun and exciting way. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to interpret direction and will be able to translate ideas into commercially-driven design solutions. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, to design graphics and textile prints that align with our brand DNA. If you have a keen eye for design and enjoy working alongside with like-minded creatives to deliver on key lifestyle items, then apply within. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Relevant degree / qualification in relevant field. i.e. Graphic Design, Textile Design • Demonstrated experience in a similar textile design role, preferably within Activewear • A passion for creating innovative designs that reflect current fashion trends • Proven ability in translating ideas and current trends into commercially-driven textile design solutions • Proficient capabilities with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and MS Excel • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively • Strong organisation, planning, time management and problem solving skills OUR CULTURE Just like our customers, we are fun, passionate, real, effortless and optimistic!
