About the Role As a Case Worke r, you’ll walk beside people experiencing hardship and disadvantage—supporting them to set goals, build confidence, and connect with services that help them regain stability and independence. You’ll be part of our Doorways Program , which takes a strength-based, holistic approach to helping individuals navigate financial stress, long-term disadvantage, and lifes' complexities. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to make change happen. Reporting to the Doorways Regional Manager, this is a permanent part-time position, 22.8 hours per week, based in St Kilda, VIC. Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4.
