The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, and make a meaningful impact. The Role: Assemble, install, test, calibrate, modify and repair equipment and installations to conform with regulations and safety requirements. Acceptance of new equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment and adjust or correct operating problems if necessary. Provide engineering assistance to ensure technical procedures are properly implemented according to troubleshooting and maintenance process. Analyse and evaluate equipment faults and defects to determine root-cause and apply appropriate maintenance measures according to technical specifications. Document all requirements including drafting specifications, machinery plans and modifications necessary to be made to ensure required outcome is achieved. Keep up to date on advances in technology for engineering and propose new ideas to enhance and advance current procedures and methods. The Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of Engineering, Technology or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ working experience as an Engineering Technologist. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering design tools. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
