As we prepare for the upcoming Support@Home reform, we are seeking a skilled and mission-aligned Implementation Lead to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a vital opportunity to help shape the future of home care services for our veterans and wider client base. About the Role The Home Care Packages (HCP) Implementation Lead will drive Harwell’s preparation and transition to the upcoming Support@Home program, with a focus on our operations under the Home Care Packages (HCP) funding model. You’ll work across the business to align our systems, workflows, and teams, ensuring we’re ready to meet regulatory changes, continue delivering exceptional care, and remain a trusted partner for our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of an implementation plan aligned with Support@Home reforms Coordinate reform readiness activities across clinical, support, and executive teams Review and refine operational workflows, documentation, and client journey touchpoints Engage internal stakeholders through effective change management and communication strategies Provide regular progress reports and insights to leadership Monitor government updates and industry best practices to ensure compliance and innovation About You You’re a confident project leader who understands the complexity of aged care delivery and the importance of getting reform right. You’re collaborative, values-driven, and motivated by making a positive impact.
