About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Boilermaker with Leading Hand experience to join our team based in Rutherford. Key duties will include: Fabricating steel components Repair and refurbish building frames Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Leading and coordinating the team of fabricators Coaching and mentoring including apprentice/less experienced Boilermakers Completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner Ensuring basic quality control and assurance About You: Trade qualified Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering Fabrication or equivalent) 3 years’ experience working as a qualified Boilermaker Previous experience or demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and coach a team Experienced in reading, following and interpreting design drawings & instructions Experience with grinders, mag drills and oxy cutting Forklift and/or High-Risk Work license advantageous but not essential Strong safety focus GMAW welding experience (will be required to pass a weld test to AS/NZA 1554.7:2014 standards) Why Join Us?
