With over 100 staff across multiple States, their maintenance division is well-equipped to meet clients needs and are well-placed to grow further in the years to come. They have recently established a new team within their QLD team, which is tailored to manage multiple Developer sites. The Opportunity This is the chance to join a reputable national brand and to gain experience on working alongside seasoned landscaping professionals. This autonomous role suits an experienced maintenance professional who can coordinate a small team of 2-3 staff members, including gardeners, labourers and apprentices. This is a hands-on position with the opportunity to showcase your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for landscape maintenance. The Role Schedule works Delegate tasks to team Implement OH&S Hands-on maintenance Write daily reports Liaise with clients Work in with National Maintenance Manager The Requirements At least 3-5 years of experience within landscape maintenance Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture Happy to travel between Brisbane and Gold Coast Drivers License Looking to relocate?
