The purpose of the Claims Consultant role is the proactive management of claims, and to provide exceptional levels of satisfaction for all key partnerships. About the role Ensure legitimate claims are paid in accordance with policy conditions, by providing technical expertise and management. Seek approval on all Claim Declinatures before they are issued to the respective client in-line with claims authority matrix. Liaise with Builders, Engineers, Assessors, Brokers, Strata Managers and various internal stakeholders, to achieve the agreed KPI’s and service standards. Refer any claims which exceed claims authority. Identify and share possible improvement areas with claims processes and procedures, to deliver best practice About you Insurance industry experience is essential General Insurance Claims experience would be highly regarded.
