Position Summary
As a Bar Attendant at Salt Bar, you’ll be more than just a bartender – you’ll be a key part of the guest experience. You’ll craft delicious cocktails, share your knowledge, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like a local. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with care, flair, and consistency
Engage with guests, offer recommendations, and share your passion for drinks and hospitality
Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalised service that makes every guest feel special
Build rapport with regulars and contribute to a positive, community-focused vibe
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times
Follow all RSA, OH&S, and venue procedures to ensure a safe and responsible environment
Assist with inventory, restocking, and basic prep as needed
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
Support the team with opening and closing duties, and pitch in wherever needed
