The Sporting Globe Surfers Paradise is seeking a hard-working and vibrant bartender to provide support to the Front Of house team at our Sporting Globe venue. We are seeking an individual who has a passion for customer service, consistency, teamwork and producing great quality products! What is your role?
- Promoting our loyalty program to our customers
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guest
- Upsell and suggest sell
- Following your steps of service
- Customer first Culture – Drop everything for our guest
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare cocktails and Mocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Support the team by running food and drinks to guest and clearing plates and drinks
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
