HIKARI TENERIFFE is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor who is upbeat and ready to satisfy Teneriffe Foodies! We are a small local venue with friendly service. But the food and drinks we serve are high quality and highly selective, both new and regular customers can't stop coming back.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Work as a team member and supervise FOH members for smooth operations
- Display an examplary customer service and understand the local needs to lead and train staff members
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Always maintain our standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure our system and equipments are operational and up to safety standard
- Maintain cleanliness of the venue to the highest of standard at all times
- Assist staff members with complex tasks or customer queries
- Delegate duties to staff members under your supervision
- Be a bridge between kitchen and FOH staff members
- Shift management
- Stock control
- Opening and closing procedures
- Cash handling
- The position involves day, night, and weekend shifts
