Key Responsibilities Teaching and Assessment Responsibilities: Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and study materials. Provide academic support and encourage student engagement. Marking student assessments in accord with assessment and moderation policies. Subject Development, Evaluation, and Review: Ensure subject delivery aligns with approved outlines and accreditation standards. Contribute to continuous improvement in teaching, learning materials, and assessments. Provide feedback regarding subject content, teaching and assessments as required as part of the course evaluation and review process, and the subject evaluation and review process. About You A postgraduate qualification (Master’s or PhD) in Counselling, Human Services, or a related discipline. Experience in higher education teaching and/or extensive industry experience within Counselling, Human Services or a related discipline. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage students, staff, and industry partners. Proven ability to develop and maintain placement partnerships and integrate work-based learning.
