About the role: Juniper is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team in Geraldton on a part-time, permanent basis. These roles are night shift positions, ideal for individuals who thrive in quieter hours and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Night shift Carers are often the quiet heroes—working behind the scenes to ensure residents feel safe, supported, and cared for while the rest of the world sleeps. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care needs like bathing, dental hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other personal care Support residents in maintaining or restoring their independence by assisting with activities of interest and mobility aids as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation, reporting relevant information to Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required Maintain effective workplace communication, demonstrating respect, openness to change, and kindness Assist with medication administration in accordance with facility policies Key Requirements: Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (desirable) Experience working within an aged care setting as a carer Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals, service providers, and case managers Ability to interpret individual care plans and provide tailored care to meet individual goals Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills Understanding of cognitive strategies, social interaction, and meeting the mental and emotional health needs of residents How to Apply: Don’t miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role!
