Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Port Lincoln RN/M4 | Full Time Contract | Temporary (up to 31 December 2025) Salary: $132,177 - $137,771 p.a Drive Digital Health Innovation – Sunrise EMR Optimisation Lead We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sunrise EMR Optimisation Lead to oversee the management, delivery, and evaluation of Sunrise EMR program improvement initiatives across the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. This leadership role is accountable to the Digital Health Project Manager and Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery, with a clear focus on ensuring the successful integration, sustainability, and optimisation of the EMR system. You will provide expert advice and consultancy on the program’s operations, utilisation, and documentation quality, ensuring consistent practices that support improved patient care. You will play a central role in delivering staff education and support, leading clinician engagement, and ensuring the EMR’s configuration aligns with both business workflows and clinical needs. By developing enhancements and driving system improvements, you will help ensure Sunrise EMR functionality supports the effective delivery of health services across the region. Your responsibilities will also include supporting accurate and compliant data capture, documentation, and reporting in line with statutory and organisational requirements. What We're Looking For: Registered or eligible for registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Demonstrated competence in the use of Sunrise EMR system.
