Duties of the role will include: Maintain a high level of organization and readiness to carry out all tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Provide clear handovers and offer technical support to team members to ensure continuity and efficiency. Uphold and demonstrate excellent housekeeping standards in all work areas. Operate machinery safely and effectively to meet targeted production outputs. Complete equipment pre-start checks and present fit for work on all rostered shifts. Accurately report all operational activities in Pitram, including load locations and material types. The ideal candidate will be: WA-based and available for FIFO (essential) Strong diagnostic, maintenance, and fault-finding skills Able to demonstrate an excellent attitude and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
