Our passionate Centre Manager leads a collaborative team focused on providing meaningful learning experiences in a supportive environment. ✨ About the Role – Educational Leader Room Leader ( Toddler Room Lead responsibilities): This is a dual role ideal for someone ready to lead while remaining hands-on as an Educational Leader: Lead curriculum development and support educators to deliver high-quality teaching programs. Inspire and mentor your team, helping to build professional capacity and best practice. Collaborate with the Centre Manager on the Quality Improvement Plan and pedagogy goals. Work on the floor as needed — initially, this role will include being a Room Leader in the Toddler Room . Dedicated off-the-floor time is provided each week for planning and leadership responsibilities. Note: The Room Leader component is expected in this the role and the role will be contracted on an Ed Leader contract, so the Ed Leader allowance will be given to the offered candidate. ✨ What You’ll Need be considered for this role: ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working toward it) Current VIC Working with Children Check Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and educational leadership principles Previous experience in a Room Leader or Educational Leader role A passion for mentoring, inspiring others, and delivering high-quality learning outcomes Happy to Room lead and be on the floor when needed (the allocated planning/off the floors will always be given) Ready to Lead With Purpose?
