Seeking an experienced Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator based in Sydney CBD to work in a permanent position. Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of building maintenance services in a corporate office space for a high profile client. Working full-time hours, Monday – Friday (40hrs per week). Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day building operations management across a commercial office Manage reporting, invoicing, work orders and minor projects Manage maintenance vendor contract and performance Perform hands on electrical maintenance like light replacement and reset breakers Customer facing, being based on the client site Conduct inspections Mon-Fri 40 hours pw, 8.30am start (flexible depending on works taking place) Be the main Technician on site Skills and Experience Required: Cert III Electrotechnology and current Electrician contractors licence Experience in facilities management or building maintenance services Familiar with infrastructure such as UPS, generators, power downs, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) Must be able to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on distribution boards during power trips, access ceilings, reset circuit breakers, GPOs, replace light bulbs etc. Comfortable with background checks - police and credit checks Role Benefits: Succession planning with internal opportunities for growth and promotion Salary from $95,000 – 110,000 Super Bonus Permanent position Immediate start available Time in lieu for any overtime or on call If you're interested and meet the minimum criteria, please email your CV and cover letter to chelseai@austcorpexecutive.com.au
